Located inside the iconic Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip, Amalfi by Bobby Flay transports guests from the energy of Las Vegas to the relaxed elegance of Italy’s famed Amalfi Coast. Inspired by Bobby Flay’s extensive travels throughout southern Italy, the restaurant opened in 2021 as the celebrated chef’s first Italian concept, taking over the space that had been home to his renowned Mesa Grill for 16 years.
Designed to capture the warmth and effortless sophistication of the Mediterranean, Amalfi features soaring ceilings, natural stone, warm woods, lush greenery, and intimate dining spaces inspired by the coastal villages of southern Italy. At the heart of the restaurant is its signature seafood market, where a dedicated fishmonger showcases the day’s fresh selections, an experience inspired by the traditional fish markets found along the Italian coast.
With handmade pastas, fresh seafood, coastal Italian flavors, and a wine program highlighting Italy’s Campania region, Amalfi brings a distinctive taste of the Mediterranean to one of Las Vegas’ most legendary resorts.
